We started in 2016 with two full-time staff members (referred to as "the backbone"), managing the interactions among several work groups and committees, as well as acting as the public face of this Early Care and Education Initiative throughout the broader community. Once we became the lead agency for Ready Region Southeastern (Region 5) we quickly began to staff up; our team has grown significantly. We are proud of each of our team members and are working tirelessly to meet the needs of our community to the best of our ability!
