Tanea Tyler
Tanea Winston is a Program Engagement Specialist for Minus 9 to 5. Before joining the EVMS team, Tanea was a Private School Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten teacher for two years, where she was engaged in child development support and spread her contagious love for teaching to all of those around her. Tanea earned her undergraduate degree at Old Dominion University with a bachelor's in history and a minor in communications. She is also continuing her education at Old Dominion by studying for her master's in public administration, with a concentration in multi-sector public service! While studying for her undergraduate degree Tanea had the opportunity to work in the Admissions office conducting campus tours and helping organize large campus events. Along with working for the Admissions Office, Tanea also worked alongside the Dean of Students assisting in the office's day-to-day operations. With each work experience, Tanea has learned that it is imperative to be a facilitative hand in every situation to better support herself and those around her! Tanea can be reached at 757-446-5167.
