Linda Rice, PhD
Linda Rice, PhD, Vice President for Grantmaking, at the Hampton Roads Community Foundation, resides in Chesapeake. She has a B.S. in Biology and Psychology, an M.S. Ed. in Education and a Ph.D. in Urban Studies. Her best memory from kindergarten is reading a wide variety of books in Ms. Garrett’s class.
Vision for Minus 9 to 5:
